Block webmail attachments

A task was set:

• Block sending files in webmail of popular mail services: yandex\mail\google\rambler.

To do that you should edit Global Configuration by adding the following list of URLs to the “Rules-> Access -> Sites”

api/v1/messages/attaches/add
mail.rambler.ru/upload
web-api/upload-attachment
mail.google.com/_/upload

This will block the ability to send files to popular mail services. In a similar way, other file sharing services can be blocked to prevent leak of corporate information.

Note

If you don’t want to block sending attachments for all users at once you should add the corresponding exclusions on the configuration page in “Internet - > Rules: Access - Sites”
