Windows

StaffCop agent can work on any Windows-based OS in 32-bit and 64-bit architecture

Supported operation systems:

  • Windows XP;
  • Windows Vista;
  • Windows 7;
  • Windows 8;
  • Windows 8.1;
  • Windows 10;
  • Windows 10.1;
  • Windows 2008 (terminal server);
  • Windows 2008 R2 (terminal server);
  • Windows 2012 R2 (terminal server);
  • Windows 2016 (terminal server).

Requires at least 1GB RAM

Problems may occure with the work of “Network Monitoring” on Windows XP, to solve problems refer to this article

The load on agents on terminal servers may be significantlry higher than that on a workstation, that’s why it’s recommended to use modules “File monitoring” and “Network monitoring” with caution.

An agent generates 100-200 Kbits of network traffic, and with the options “Video record” and “Remote control” up to 2 Mbits (for each user on terminal servers).

Linux

Staffcop Linux Agent is at the stage of active development and it meant to work on any Linux-systems. Or was successfully tested to be compatible with:

  • CentOS;
  • Ubuntu Desktop;
  • Debian;
  • Gentoo linux;
  • Astra linux;
  • Arch linux;
  • Rosa linux.

Terminal workstations

At the present moment the work of Staffcop agent has been successfully tested on NComputing L-300 platform which is a terminal client
