Can’t download files in Skype

If you can’t download files in Skype with IM interception enabled:

• Open “Control panel - Global configuration”

• Make sure that Skype processes (skypeapp.exe, skype.exe) are not found in the lists of “Network monitoring -> Applications -> Block”.

• Make sure that Skype processes (skypeapp.exe, skype.exe) are found in the lists of “Certificate replacement -> Allow”

• Websites (login.live.com, weu1-api.asm.skype.com) are found in the lists “Certificate replacement -> Disallow”
