Remote access

For technical support or consultation remote access can be used.

Most often we use the following programs (arranged in descending order of desirability of use):

• AnyDesk - a specialized cross-platform software for remote access and administration. Free for personal use, has no time limits. Download AnyDesk on official site.

• TeamViewer - a fairly well-known program for remote access. Free for personal use, has a time limit of use. Download TeamViewer on official site.

For complicated technical operations it’s better to give access to the Server through ssh
