For Staffcop to work correctly, configure the open ports and consider the data transmission channel width between devices.

Transmission Channel Requirements

The Channel width depends on the volume of transferred data. If using the desktop monitor, file scanner, desktop video streaming and webcam, at least 1 GB/s is recommended.

On average, one agent generates about 100-200 KB/s of data.

The network traffic from an agent increases:

  • when enabling the file scanner, screenshots, screen and webcam video recording,

  • by 2 MB/sec with a remote desktop connection or online screen recording.
