Block webmail attachments

A task was set:

• Block sending file in webmail of popular mail services: yandex/mail/google/rambler.

To do that you should edit Global Configuration by adding the following list of URLs to the “Rules-> Access -> Sites”

api/v1/messages/attaches/add
mail.rambler.ru/upload
web-api/upload-attachment
mail.google.com/_/upload

This will block the ability to send files to popular mail services. In a similar way, other file sharing services ca be blocked to prevent leak of corporate information.

Note

I you don’t want to block sending attachments for all users at once you should add the corresponding exclusions on the configuration page in “Internet - > Rules: Access - Sites”
