Remote access

For technical support or consultation remote access can be used.

Most often we use the following programs (arranged in descending order of desirability of use):

• AnyDesk - a specialized cross-platform software for remote access and administration. Free for personal use, has no hard time limits, fast and enjoyable program. Recommended program for providing remote access. Developer site.
• TeamViewer - a fairly well-known program for remote access. Version up to 10 is recommended. Free for personal use, has a time limit of use. Developer site.

for complicated technical works it’s better to give access to the Server through ssh
