Remote Desktop does not work

  1. Check that the “Remote Control” module is enabled in the agent configuration to which the connection is made

  1. Check that the antivirus exclusions are set

  2. Try to temporarily stop the antivirus on the PC from which you are viewing remote desktops.

  3. Use the latest version of the web-browser. Older browser versions may not support remote viewing.

  4. Try connecting to the Staffcop web console via https, like this:
  1. To check which agents can be connected vith “Remote Control” at this moment, you can open the page:

Where - is the IP address of your Staffcop server.

  1. Try restarting Staffcop with the command Admin -> Restart server.
